Last post of the year

With the end of 2011 there are things that need to be finished, like adding pictures I forgot to post before Christmas. I was wrong, because my last mail day was December 23rd and then a lovely package came from Germany.
Another long letter from Tanja and her gifts, along with my beloved Heisse Liebe tea and that adorable handmade key chain. I wonder how many of them my keys will have in the future :D

Next up it's books I borrowed from Japan's embassy before holidays.
My manga drawing bible.
About Kyoto university(my dream place) in manga
Gothic and Lolita picture book with many photos of cute, weird, awesome styles.
Am I the only one that thins that pink girl isn't very natural?
Best dictionary to learn kanji.

My first two letters after Christmas were from Eugenia, Russia and Ana, Croatia.
Eugenia's envelope is deffinately Christmas themed. Aw, wish we had those. She also sent me agreeting card.
Ana sent me a postcard and apple and cinamon tea I wanted to try. Yummy! Her handwriting is obviously the most interesting.
Here are my Christmas cards surrounding my tree:
They are from:
Germany
Norway
Slovenia
Poland

Two from USA
Russia
Sweden
Czech republic
In today's mail I got postcards from Lily, who traveled in London
And look at the stamps, I saw them first time :)
And also, it snew oday, last day just too beautiful. And my mood is up to clear one more thing: send out many belated letters. At first two letters went out and I bought 8 more stamps to stamp at home: 3 to Europe and 5 to other countries:
And enough PRIORITAIRE stickers for more letters :D
This is the first time I bought that many stamps, but I wanted to stamp myself. And now 8 more letters are all set and ready to go.
That;s all. Thank you for writing to me this 2o11 year and I can't wait to start a new, betetr year of snail mailing in 2012! Happy New Year to all of you!

December 22nd and no snow...

What a pesimistic title of today's post, but what else can I say? I feel bad without snow. It's just cold and nothing.
And I didn't had time for a post until today.
Oon Monday I probably reeived some last mail before Christmas and one of them was a greeting card and little gifts from Teja, my Slovenian pen pal.
Stickers with frogs and pencil with horses.
Combining my two loves.
And a letter, drawing and a postcard from one girl, but unfortunately, I don't have her contacts anymore since the beginning or mid of Autumn, when she sent me postcard, I wrote a letter and she sent another one again and didn't saud a word that she's busy or anything and it left me thinking she jokes around. So it was a huge surprise to receive the letter now.
Both drawing and postcard are beautiful though. What a problem now :(
And today I already celebrated with my friend. Before we went to pizzeria, I took few pictures in the mall. Here they are:
A huge horse
A christmas tree out of Estrella potato chips. Just looking at them I feel bad D:
Huge Christmas tree on the first floor. Can you see a guy who thinks I'm taking a picture of him?:D
And a shot of me and my  presents while waiting for our order(why can't I look good in pictures?T.T)
But hey, here's everything I got(not things on the background xD).
Just remember I still have few more older pictures to show.
First, my Tuesday's tea drinking madness.
Which tea lover wants to take me on? I prepared all of this tea - green- different tea, in all cups I most oftenly use, one of them is my termos cup and drank one after another. That was crazy.
And second, few pictures from my library and my favorite spot there.
In the very back, confind between two bookshelves.
And here's how every line looks like. In the furthest place, in the window room it's silent zone. Our library is even bigger, but I spend here my breaks and I love it.
Goodnight, wish me snow.

Cookies, drawing

The present I made for one person.
She often gets to try my bakings and I baked these just for her and she loved it! I have to say I love them too after trying, but noone would imagine I was geting a nerve while making it. In a bad mood from being woken up in the morning, then the shape of the cookies weren't becoming like stars...ugh. At least it didn't effect the taste - crunchy and...something new.
The night was more creative. Maybe because it was snowing? I drew this picture and made a memorial with it.lol

Sunday

Today I hanged out with one frined. We don't meet often, but this time we did and the day was much more fun then staying indoors. We went to two stores and I was buying presents for my groupmate and she searched for things she need. In the next shopping mall we visited Korean restaurant ''Sura''. There I saw this pretty Japanese pottery.
Outside there's a huge Christmas tree. It's gorgeous.
And Christmas theme inside tha mall with all kinds of amusements...

...and Santa! That was one cool Santa.

And here's he and my friend Silvija, who he called ''little big girl'' :D
And the extra mega super duper spicy soup in the can, which even broke tears from one eye, but I felt like in heaven from it. I bought this at the Korean restaurant.

Preparations

At Friday I moved all of my letters from the beginning of my snail mail and this year, to a box in my village and the empty space is for next year. But at this rate I will have to think of making more space. There are surely things I don't need in both flat and house and better to have place for really inportant things.
Oldest letters from Laurita didn't fit into my transportation box and had to travel on it. But everything was organized and that feels good.

Presents from Norway

On Friday received more Christmas presents, this time from Anette. She was troubled what to buy, but I believe all of us are getting anxious when it comes to present buying time, I'm still troubled by that at the moment too. But here are plushie key chain, chocolates and a postcard.

I can feel more of Christmas spirit with such themed presents.
