Day 3

Yeah, a busy day. I only ate in the morning at 6.30 am, then after all lectures I was at home only 14.20 pm and after 10 min.headed out to PE and finally was home after 17 pm -_- and had some food and watched a movie with a friends. There weren't any more time to write, so I only re-written what I typed to my cell today. That is so few, I'm going to work up for that in next days.

''Because I did not have a picture of a family in my eyes, I did not know how a family looks like.
I have not seen many people in so I'd be scared in the city.''She paused and then mixed the soup.
Later she told Melissa about the locals. The oldest man has topped the century. There weren’t many children, when they would become teenagers, they would depart to start life in the city. Women worked alongside men. Helped cleaning up the fish after fishing, prepared the spices, cooked meals.
Houses often had freshly coated in order to resistant to wind and rain. Every autumn there is sea storm, the wind brings high-speed water spray, in the summer there is torrential salty rain. In winter there is always warmer. Falling wet snowflakes just by touching the earth melted. Very rarely ice paralyzes everything.

Day 2 part 2

I understood from where my godfather knew so much about the environment as a whole and where all the words came from. Now I looked to Magna in a different way. She smiled at me and rises boils water for tea, then sat down again and continued.
When the house was finished, he briefly went back to the city, and then informed the parents about his decision and, although hard, but they recognized the son's choice, and then he permanently moved to here. From here through the entire life he has left a few times. I knew about you a lot from his stories, he was happy to become your godfather. Unfortunately, so far we have not met at least once.
You see this lighthouse? Previously, there stood other, but before your first arrival here was replaced by the old. ''Why?''Melissa said. ''He was in poor condition and seemed to quickly collapse. Guess who was the initiator of all this change?''She grįžtelėjo insensibly in the direction where the lighthouse stood, as if it is not so far seen. ''I can not believe that he died so young'', suddenly cried Melissa. She was so uncomfortable to show her tears to this relatively unknown female, but all those memories tore apart still fresh wounds. Magna stood up. ''Let's go to the lighthouse''she said. Outside was already dark, but both knew all the roads, and the lighthouse and the light beam did not reign in full darkness. Travel a little delayed, but the beacon in the dark and standing nearby, looked uncomfortable. He was tall and dark, striped like a candy, white and black. Magna came first, and she timidly followed. Inside, the old woman took the old lamp and the two began to be curled up the stairs to the top. Inside the cavity was filled with the smell of emptyness and no one knows whence comes shudder ran back balm. Image at the top was amazing, like a bird's eye view. Melissa saw a dark brick water on all sides. She was following the lighthouse beam traveling from one side to another. Then looked at Magna, which stood and watched with her. The girl became curious about why they came here. ''On the last day of construction where a man was killed''as if nothing happened, said Magna. ''He jumped out of the same''he added suddenly. ''Why?''Melissa without knowing anything knit brows. Magna silent for a while, the wind occasionally crossed their faces and fly away. ''He knew he had cancer and had no more strength to live.''Melissa froze. ''Your baptism father when he knew he’s sick, first informed me, but he never thought about it, or at least did not give in to that fear and he was still the same active and happy until his last days.''
Until he returned two spoke no word. Magna helped Melissa to replace bulb, prepared dinner for her and soon left. Melissa only then realized to ask her about where she lives and was a little worried that she has released alone Although she knew that the woman here after spent her whole life, but who knows what could happen. She was excited after she heard about the man's suicide. Magna looked like a cold-blooded woman to her. After dinner, she again turned a notebook and spent the entire evening reading. Something had been still bothering her, so that ultimately led that she putted the notebook away and decided to back up in the attic to look through boxes. This time, while looking at them all, her eyes caught the inscription''Magna''. Quivering mass of the fingers opened the box and looked inside .There were a few files, which had been written a number of stapled securities. She did not recognize the handwriting, and therefore thought that it would probably be written by Magna. In some leaves of herbs were mentioned in the other various recipes, and then the leaf, which she recognized the handwriting. She hurried to read it Magna never told me why she spent a lifetime here and decides not to create a family. She has always changed the subject and it seemed strange to me because she was like a mother to me. Sometimes I remember my own, but I do not want to see her often. She looks to me with pity, what I do not want to. Magna, like me, pretends that all is well.
Melissa read it all several times and did not understand what he wrote. What a sad thought his mother had to be not seeing her son. The fact that he has cancer, she just overheard a quiet conversation between their mothers. She immediately intervened and asked to explain what that means. It was a severe blow, and the remaining months before his death trying to defend this idea forward, she did not want to live with it. Upon the sad news she was crying not only for him, but also because the last time saw him long ago. Did not have time to talk about many things. Left unsaid words a lot, felt remorse, never not visited, although she could. Before the day of the funeral took holidays from work for an indefinite period of time and left. And still believes that the better life will spend here, as he did.
Hardly slept that night in the morning, felt little refreshing, but had the determination to re-meet Magna. Location was not great, so she decided that she can find her house, or ask the locals. Found a house quickly, because she saw her in the field, collecting vegetables. ''Melissa, I’m surprised to see you here.''Irony has not been a woman's voice, as though the words sounded.'' ''I decided to walk around’’ she lied to her defense. ''Then do not be a stranger and come inside.''Her house was larger, but also one-storey, as well as other houses in this area. Inside smelled of spices. In the middle of the kitchen stood a table covered with an ancient cloth. Pot was mounted on a stove, seething inside boiling water. Melissa has been invited to sit and she did that, and then looked at Magna, who in non-emergency motion washed, cleaned and cut up vegetables, then poured into a pot stir gently and covered. Then, still slowly, wiped her hands and let the hair. Melissa gasped seeing how her silver hair wavered on her back. ''What happened?''Magna asked, and tied up the hair of the topknot and bind. ''N-nothing'' girl went red a little bit of the disorder. She could not say that she had a dream of her. ''Will you stay for lunch?'' ''I would be happy to. ''So what did you wanted to say?''Said, as if reading the message. ''How do you know?'' ''I see from your eyes.''Melissa gathered courage and asked,''Why did you never left this place? Why did you not created your own family?''

Day 2 part 1

I'm going one today well and wrote over 800 words in a one go. It's my last day of today so I will try to write 3,000. Here's what I already wrote.

***
Who knew that she’ll find out who’s Magna  much faster than expected and very unexpected way. Rain in the evening suddenly became calm and the sky was completely blue, red sun appeared. Melissa went to the field and headed toward the coast lighthouse. The whole environment hasen’t changed, people had no intention here to dwell, only old fishermen lived further, who have spent a lifetime here. And then she saw. A woman standing near the lighthouse. It looked for a time in an expanse of water, and Melissa stopped unintentionally. Then, as suddenly the women discarded all clothes and wait for nothing jumped into the water. The girl thought the woman wants to commit suicide and headed there. She was not a good swimmer, in fact, a complete primer, but to save human life has become more important. When she jumped into the water, dove, and opened her eyes, but did not see anything. ''Was I late and she sank to the bottom?''Feared this. Then someone grabbed her by the arm, as if she were drowning and pulled to the surface and only got where it is understood that this is the same woman I saw. ''Maybe you crazy?''A woman called out on it. Melissa just pulled on shore realized how cold the water and began to shake with whole body. ''I thought that you want to commit suicide.'' ''Do you believe an old woman to be so stupid?'' Melissa did not say anything, she was just staring at the woman she saw in a dream tonight. The woman also stopped and looked Melissa squint, as if she was a strange sculpture. ''You ...'' she tried to say something, but just missed out on and hugged Melissa tightly. The girl jumped into the water with all the clothes and they were wet through, but felt a strong embrace of a woman, knew how warm her body is. Finally, the woman let her go. ''I know who you are, I was waiting for you.''''It's you ... you cleaned home, right?'' ''Yes, house after his..., she stopped for a moment, death would have been easily eaten by salt wind . I think you did not even noticed that he was repainted.''Melissa recalled the words of the notebook. ''Magna!''She suddenly exclaimed. It is you that Magna?'' ''Yes, Melissa, I am pleased to finally meet you.''

They returned to the house and a girl disguised with dry clothes, and at the same time Magna prepared a hot broth. The two sat in the kitchen, because there was less memory and Magna told how they got acquainted with the god-father. ''I am a local fisherman's daughter ...'' she began to tell.
I am a local fisherman's daughter. My mother wasn’t from these places, so she failed to adapt to the climate, and my birth even more detrimental to her health. She died before the children still do not understand myself, so I do not recall anything about it. Father since then to spend the day sailing the waters, but I grew up in one. I would be lying to say that I have no one iwho neglected, since it was mother of your godfather, who tbrought me into her house, who did not survive long neglected, and fed, and try to do the washing, that I not only feel saturation, but to be dressed as well. Then gradually befriended her. Your baptism father was not yet born, when his mother and her husband moved out here decided that to give birth to a child is not safe here. I've had nearly ten years. My father no longer living too long. Grief and constant fatigue overcame even the man who has spent life in the water. At one of the most learned everything. He arrived here only as a teenager, when I was already a young woman. Young, but lonely. He came to seek his native home, but found only ruins, but then he met me. Saw me covering one and immediately offered to help me. He was always good-natured man. Fell in love with this place and after the first visit, decided to built a house here, the same thing, which is now sitting. Quickly went back and I thought taht it is only a temporary adolescent enthusiasm, so I was very surprised when after a couple of months later he was back here. Imported all materials by himself and with the help of local men built this house. He matured early, the work made him stronger. When he made friends with local people and they introduced him to fishing and touched about fish. During the construction, he stayed with me, I  have gladly shared my own experiences and taught him to know this place and the world. He was like a son to me.

11.01.2011

Where is my story going on?

I imagined the palce myself, but I mainly built on this actual place in Lithuania, called Ventės ragas. It's beautiful, isn't it?

And I found a perffect lighthouse, which should be standing on a same looking ground, a little further, but without that building next to him.
First I thought to choose this lighthiuse. What do you think which looks better? To me, that's important.
I have only imagined the place, I don't know how my characters looks like and I haven't made any other names besides Melissa and Magna. Women are most important in my stories, others, who are not, they don't need names. Unuseful information. I think of everything mostly while writing, unless I first type that to my cellphone and retype on laptop. So far, music helped me. I was listening to some trance, like Cosmic gate, some Japanese music, like Utada Hikaru, Eiko Shimamiya and Ayumi Hamasaki, also Cinema Bizarre ''Forever or never'' and my current addiction ernesto vs. bastian ''dark side of the moon''. Most of the trance songs I listen have beautiful words and dreamy tunes and they inspire me.

1st day and last part. Success

Yay, I did it :) I was supposed to write 1,666 words per day and I made 1,739. And here's the last part of the day. If you read this, please comment. Don't mind mistakes, I'm not a perfection in English and that's not the point.
For the first time Melissa has visited her godfather's house at the age of ten years. Her mother brought her, who feared that her daughter here will not like it after all, bored in the city, but around here just salty water and wind. Nearby was just a lighthouse. Little girl like there right now. When I arrived, she immediately ran out of the car and rushed into the arms of godparent’s. ''Welcome''he said on arrival and laughed his infectious laugh. Already in the afternoon they both sailed into the bay a boat. Melissa was hanging on to the edge of the boat and listening closely to the story of a local nature. She probably had been to the sea, and knew that it was as great or even greater than in the lagoon, but the sea was usually wavy and she could not believe that they are so easy to sail and the waves does not try to remove them in his bosom. ''Have you ever seen tern?'' he said suddenly. The girl shook her head, her red hair, it seemed that it agrees with the host. ''Look''. He nodded his chin on her and the girl saw a flock of terns facing them next. ''They think that we are fishermen and they will be able to get the fish.'' Terns have been countless tens, because they constantly pass through each other competing, which is itself first. They began to spread more noise and Melissa for their comparison with the large flock of bees. ''Seagulls little to distinguish from the people, because they are fighting each other for survival, or just for a tasty bite. As a result, they start behaving loudly, maybe even chopped one another, if they could catch others.'' That evening, they climbed into the attic and open the window looking at the lighthouse light. Moreover, the full moon shone, and the picture was fantastic. ''What do you think about this place?''He said, girl's baptism. ''I love it here! Much better than where I live.'' ''I am glad to hear it.''They were both silent and everyone counting their lucky stars.
***
Melissa did not understand when asleep. She was still on the loft and found the hands of the notebook, and then suddenly went down surrounded by memories and dreams they insensibly changed. She dreamed a woman silvery hair, covering her like a cloak, and her clothes were simple. In fact, they looked completely worn out, as if to comply with the last joint. The woman said something to her, but Melissa did not hear anything because the wind was raging around. Awoke to hear the rain drops falling on the roof. Lamp had possibly blown, because it was not turned off, but she was most surprised that she did not cought a fever while sleeping like this. She came down again and shut the attic, but bring with her the first notebook. Decided without waiting for anything to read them all. First of all boiled water for tea, which was pulled from her backpack brought from, which she took everywhere with her. Still believed find any link, or a straight answer about what is said of Magna, but there was just a lot of memories, which irrigated the eyes, and tips on how to take care of little house that he withstand such conditions. Her heart was very warm. It felt like to hear the same words of wisdom, which never gotten boring to her.

Day 1 part 3

Even in the dark and found the artificially made ground bump to the back wall of the house. After removing the soil and picked up the box, opened and pulled out a velvet bag, and it was the key. This time she found a half-folded sheet of a surprise and it took the smell. She had putted everything back and pressed down on the heart, went back inside. Now picked out note, but it was just the words''let everything take care for Magna.''What could this mean? Who is this Magna? Melissa felt a failure and has decided now not to think about the person who refers to her godfather, but the climb to the attic. She built a chair, on which could climb to reach the ceiling, and unlocked the attic. Stairs went down. Attic, she finally could smell the odor, which was no longer at the bottom. Turned on the lamp and looked through the eyes of the whole loft. Soon realized that there was more stuff than ever. Specifically, there was a full range of boxes, and realized how come, all sealed with adhesive tape, and something written on the side. When he came to artimaiusos saw the inscription''clothes'',''stood on the adjacent bed in the bedroom'',''bedding from Melissa’s room''... and she wept again as soon as it saw. It is a bathroom, she thought, he knew that soon will die, and yet, here I come, therefore, retains all the items. It went from box to box and read the inscriptions. There were all of his books, all documents, even photographs. He was always neat man with many plans and dreams. Suddenly, she found a box for his books, and immediately tore. Inside were about two dozen notebooks, and on the top is written,''Melissa.''Quivering mass of the fingers and turned before our eyes again saw his handwriting, as if he would've just written. He wrote,''Dear Melissa, I am glad that you return to this house. Does it look like a year ago, the last time you saw him? And five years ago? I tried to leave it as it is always to meet you. Do not worry, even if I can not have more of the monitor that Magna will do.''

Day 1 part 2

Melissa came to the house and came out immediately could smell salt air, so characteristic of the sea. Last seen here a year ago. Then she was a graduate of the University and came to rest after tiring of studies and graduation ceremonies. The girl studied the ecology. This science is not chosen for nothing. Therefore, it is just thankful to her god-father, who introduced her to the seaside scenery and wildlife, together took the boat ride and first taught hundreds of Latin names. Unfortunately, he did not receive the moment to see a younger generation of their ecological, who started work.
House looked deserted, like a lonely old man in a nursing home. The girl looked up the weather-beaten walls of the wind, and then turned around and looked carefully into the lighthouse, which hid the last rays of the sun.
***
The first night she could not sleep. Just unlock the door keys and gently pressing them, she heard the squeaking crunch. Inside was nice. There was always calm and warm, even if the field encircle sea storm. Instinctively remembered where the light switch and pressed it. Covered much room in its light was not bright light almost broken. The kitchen was just as you enter through the door. Instead of a table there was a kitchen cabinet used, which fit all the necessary things, as well as incorruptible and long products. When she open it found nothing, then checked the refrigerator. It is also empty. ''Maybe somebody arranged after his death,''she thought. Everything was sterile clean, even the cup did not have any spots of tea, all sort of places for yourself.
There was only one floor. Next to the kitchen was a bedroom, which was suitable for the role and work the room, the kitchen devoted to a wall. On the other side, in front of the room was the bathroom. Melissa's baptism father made it not worse like the ones in the city.. The last room in the house was as same size as the kitchen. She remembered that always, when she would come, stay overnight there. Now came into the room and saw it as a blank, not even the linen on the bed. Surprisingly, his mother should have worned her before going to pick it up on their own. Does house have been arranged without her knowledge? And the sterile in the kitchen ... what it took for? Melissa's eyes became wet with tears, that there isn't a single sign left that her baptism father lived here. She went to check his room as well, though she already was sure ot find it empty. She checked every single spot of the house and there was nothing- clothes, his things- did they threw it all away? Tears turned into a heart-wrenching wail. She sat on the ground, hugged knees and cryed for a while. Suddenly a thought came to her mind. Attic! Only knew about it, they both, but the key to the secret door was always agreed on the spot. She immediately jumped up and ran out of legs and into the field. It was dark and the wind increased. Lighthouse gully as the air is always at night and she loved to look through the loft box to it. It seemed that the radius of the pivot straight up by a festival in her eyes, but it only covered the air above her head and came back again.
