First let's do a quick look through the last outgoing:

During this month I bought two more books, which means two more books started to read. I'll get them finished soon :)

Jude Deveraux "Lavender morning" dragged my attention by the cover, then I touched and felt how soft it is, never seen a book like it. The description seemed interesting and that's how I bought it. It hadn't dissapointed me.
And next was one of the books I already wanted - Audrey Niffenegger's "The time traveler's wife". It's a bit complicated to understand everything, but I hope I will.
Those who buy books, do you choose them before going to buy or like to go and search for "the one"? I have tried both ways and only once I was dissapointed by a book that I wanted to buy - that was "The horse whisperer". I didn't like it because I was anticipating for more attention to horses, not love story or maybe I was a bit younger and foolish, yet I gave the book away. I carefully choose books to buy, especially whne I see them for the first time. I like to "feel" which one will be good.

Here comes the mail

Today was one of the rare occasions to receive 3 letters. It was amazing.

I love the Norwegian car stamp. Did you knew that I like cars?:3

I got another card from her and read on Wiki to understand what it means and that lloks super cool: such a school in Norway where you have those cards, special hats and you're a well-known "Russ" and people will want those funny cards from you. Oh my, I wish we had something like this, I would have wore the hat proudly and carried those cards. So awesome and I feel special having two cards already X3

All hail Finnish stamps, this time it's angry birds in ice hockey.

And the stationery. It's the only letter I haven't read and because it's a day of tomorrow, I'm saving such a long letter for then :D

I just love this time of the year! I'm going to take even more pictures no matter if I'll take pictures of the same trees every year, but it's really gorgeous outside.

 Here are the books I dragged home today x.x The top one is mine, but I have to read them all(not whole, of course) and there are 3 more waiting in another library. That's life of Lithuanian philologist. Sigh

Let's ignore some words in my last post - the mail came later today :D

It was an unexpected card from Lily.

It explained a lot and I understand you, dear, I'll wait for your reply as long as you need to write it.

A 22 pages of a novel letter as a reply from Germany. It's so lovely and I'll have something to do in the upcomming days :)
There were some stickers too.

Look at the pack of 10 nice envies I found. Next time I'll get a different one which I liked as well.

I also changed some books in the library. One of them is Stephen King's "Pet cemetary", because someone advised it to me.
But I also found reader notes and I would have laughed out loud if I weren't inside the library.

Here's one, with some grammar mistakes and it's written by a boy obviously. He wrote: "Don't you ever dare to read this book. I'm serious. If you're only 16 years old you'll feel really bad and the world will seem so horrible to you...
by reader".
I already know how world can be horrible and I'm 20 so what the heck xDDD

The next one was written in Taurage, another Lithuania's city(I wonder how did it got there?). This fellow pissed me off with those mistakes, but I'll write as normal as possible in translation: "I don't read books, but I made myself read this. It makes you feel like you live through it too. He lost his mind[what?>_<].., but I felt really really bad. I read it in 4 days, I couldn't stop, I read 100 pages in a week, but these pages were reading themselves[stupid stupid grammar mistakes >_<] and I couldn't stop."
I hate this guy  xD
Now the book look even more interesting than before and can't wait to try it out :D
When I decided to take "Pride and Prejudice" non of the 3 usual books were there >_<
Most importantly, today I didn't felt like myself - not awkward, no problems in talking to people normally, I felt full of energy, while yesterday there was a WW 3 in my stomach. Strange things...

Thailand and Vilnius

The title speaks for today's post.
Thailand, because I received a postcard, my very first one from this country. My Japanese pal visited there and she promised to send me one. How sweet of her.

It shows the local market Amphawa which she visited.

My very first Thailand stamp ;_; And the only one so far.

And now Vilnius, my city which I love so I take pictures and post like it's the place I visited.

So, I only ate breakfast in the morning, then I've been through all the unexpected traffic jams, written a reply to a letter in university's library in one go and if that wasn't enough writing, I did Lexicology homework and continued my fan fiction(which is at the last chapter ;_;), after Lexicology went to get a package for Lizzie's letter and mailed it. Then I realized it's my unluckiest day, the 12th -_- Too much awkwardness today. Guys staring at me - what they want?? I look like a boy with my short hair, no one stared at me with long hair(nagg nagg nagg). And time to stroll around until my friend will finish her part-time job.

So I didn't found the book Isabel Abedi "Whisper" which I need for my collection(talking about books, I heard one woman saying that book is a treasure*nod nod* and that she and her husband has a library of 5000 books. Mine is about 200 now, part of them were my mom's.*cough*). Buuuut, I saw a cheap Yukio Mishima "Confessions of the mask" and bought it. I forgot what it's about so a chance to re-read.

 I had to spent some of the time on the riverbank writing(still not enough for me today) and finally met my friend. Now I felt hungry(how many hours have passed since breakfast?o.O).

Friday, Saturday and books

I'm going lazier with every time, so now I will have more in one post.
First it's Friday's mail. From USA and Croatia.

My USA pal decorated the back of the envelope as well.

Everything that comes from her is so sweet, starting with envelope, presents and ending with a letter. Her handwriting is small and beautiful. This time she used old Amy and Tim stationery she had and wrote 9 warm pages.

I received cute photos and a funny Valentine's day card inside a handmade envelopie(which looked absolutely sweet too).

Too bad, but no one refilled my water dish :D
And for Hello Kitty cards I had to film them, the best way to show them :)

Saturday
I thought there was some junk mail, but I stalked my mailbox and found letter from Czech republic.

Ugh, volleyball on stamp?*the one who's against this game*

Ahh, her paper is so cute.

And the card I wanted. Mountains in snow is absolutely beautiful. I never saw mountains so I love cards with them. And this card gives a tremendous view of these giants.
So much great mail, I'm also doing well replying and I'll post some outgoing ones when I finish them of.

I have to love him...My dad himself gave me money so that I could go to the Book fair again. Was that pity for me sitting at home? I got ready pronto.
When I was almost there I passed a couple and heard them saying "Good to see young people going'', I would have replyed "I'm not going, I'm flying there!". Atleast I could smile to myself.
Right on time I remembered wanting to buy Dexter so I went in circles, not knowing who published it and then, yes, then I found it and even cheaper then I thought.

I love Dexter Tv show so I'll more than enjoy the books. ''Everyone's most beloved serial killer''.
For the best finale was Jack Kerouac's new, 6th Lithuanian edition of ''On the Road:Original Scroll". Now I have both-full and and not full-books.

I can say I got these books for bargain and I'm soooo going to read them now.
