Mail update June 23-29

Got so much mail in the previous week.

 Feels like Winter!

 This is really beautiful, going to use it as a fancy bookmark. I'm pretty sure it's a bookmark?:)

 Just started collecting train tickets and here's another one to my collection. So far I have few Lithuanian ones(boring as boredom itself), a Slovenian one and Finnish one. I can expect for a French one too, curious to see!

All cards are written and "stamped"! I love my cards written, they feel completed and I like to know something about it or what does person personally thinks about what's depicted there. And i prefer stamps on the envelope, to have them easier. Well, cards goes on the wall so they wouldn't be visible there either way.

From Alison, Hong Kong. She sent me postcards from her trip to Paris and London.

From Tiia, Finland. With her letter I received two more horse cards. It makes me feel happy when pals thinks about me like this. I also got a lot of new stamps.

 It was a surprise to see such stationery, especially when it's the lengendary yuri "Strawberry panic".

I laughed so hard when I read this. I just love engrish.

Should have posted this earlier

Previous week I got mail only twice, I'm sure it's because of Easter period and there are letters heading my way so I'm waiting for them this week.
Second letter I got last week was from Sri Lanka, with a belated birthday gift.

The last one is my favorite stamp :)
Oh yes, Thursday was just "adorable", if it can be for April.

There are more good news. I finished decorating the tea box I got for my birthday. As you can see it's non-pro at all, at least it has some better look now.

 Wrote tea in Japanese.

One day, I promise to myself, to get wax and apply it so it would shine and fix the colors. It's so like me, being an Aries, to not be able to finish the work at once. How troublesome.

Hooray for a Monday that brought me a letter. It's from Sri Lanka.
The envelope was talking to me and saying where to open it ^^

A stamp was new, another good thing.

My pals know that I love them, but I was still surprised, pleasantly. I love it when my pals are being creative :)

Then, I forgot to post the picture of stamps I bought on Friday. I knew they have these interesting stamps and they were added to the collection.

Hot air balloon, with colors of Lithuania's flag, is for worldwide, so I'm rather surprised it was used for my pal in Sweden.
The below one, with a basketball ball is European stamp. It says 37th European man basketball championship.

Letters, finally!

This week was sad. At first I only got few postcards from Postcrossing project and finally glory Friday came and a letter from a friend from Norway. Along with another postcard and a letter from my book club I belong in. That was some good news. Today is a lucky Saturday ^^ two leters and they made my day. Joyce has finally sent the letter she forgot at school for a whole summer! ok, at least it came finally. and another letter was from Muthumali, she is from Sri Lanka. Her letter didn't seemed huge or anything and I didn't even thought that there might be so many stuff inside.

There are a lot of handmade things and it also gave me idea of making bookmarks for my friends. I just need a stronger paper and...voila! I can make these cute gifts for those who loves to read a lot like me.
Talk about weather..it's awful. Sky looks like it's about to rain any moment and these dark clouds just keep on passing one after another. Oh yeah, it's raining...
I just made a picture of that cute stationery I got from Lily, my Finnish pen pal. you know, I still have some of it! I promised to use it for a better time.

Also, yesterday a friend showed me amazing page called weheartit.com and there imade an account and found so many amazing pictures and just can't get enough of hearting it.

These are those mega cute Sanrio characters and I finally chose which ones I like most. Now I need a San-x character list like this.
When I saw those shops in Japan, who are full of these goodies, I was once again drooling like a flood(xD) and dreaming of how would I got there and want to have everything. I also have wishes to make something my own, like a little plushie. I don't have real artistic hands and if I could only get my hands on some material, I would figure out what can I do. If I start now, that wouldn't be too late to make for Christmas, isn't it?
